Strategic Planning
We need to protect and plan our future for generations ahead. I am a strong believer in the development of a shared strategic vision and a focus on attaining the goals we set in that vision. Input and collaboration, but more importantly, full engagement, informs what our community needs in the short term and especially in the long term. How we get there is not as critical as knowing we want to get there. Continual review of how we are doing as a community and how we are supporting that vision provides the on-going 'report card'. The day-to-day actions we take should support that vision.
